Hi!! We’re Laura and rio, a mother - daughter duo, both living in Southern California. We created Lemon Drop Co. for all the mama and mini duos, as well as the grandma - grand duos, the sister duos, the BFF duos, really, if you have a wrist, we made this for you. 

Every single baby picture of me (Rio) my mom (Laura) had me completely decked out in jewelry- gold hoop earrings, solid gold necklace, and so many bracelets. As soon as I found out I was having a girl, I knew immediately that I wanted to do the same with her! (Some say an Italian tradition) 

The first thing people would comment on when they saw my baby, was all of her bracelets, she became known for them! Searching for the perfect bracelets for her quickly became an obsession, so we finally decided to create the exact bracelets we wanted her to wear, thus lemon drop co was born.

Being a brand new mom to this cute little squishy girl named CAPRI (there's an Italian theme here if that's not evident by now), has been so so fun. I brought my husband Tane to SoCal where we love doing all things outside and in the sun. Capri has been the best thing to ever happen to us and makes me want to have 10 more (LOL sorry tane) 

My mom, Laura, comes from pure, Italian blood, thus giving us the profound love for all things Italian. As her and my dad have become empty nesters, she’s found her new calling as a chicken mom. My mom and I are both in the wedding industry as well (destination photo and video team, holler) so we’ve made some of our best memories traveling all over the world filming and photographing. 

The inspiration for Lemon Drop Co. is all things Italian. All of our designs are made to resemble the beautiful, diverse scenery and the rich Italian culture. For example, you may have noticed that almost every single piece has a little hint of turquoise, which is an ode to the incredible turquoise Italian water. 

We hope you and your littles love wearing your lemon drops as much as we love creating them.
